He has held roles as assistant coach of the Malaysia men's team and head coach of the Malaysia men's U21 team. He coached Malaysian club side UNIKL Hockey in 2020. He has served as assistant coach of the Ireland men's team, and has also been part of the coaching staff at Irish sides Glenanne Hockey Club, Three Rock Rovers Hockey Club, and Dublin University Hockey Club.
