"At Bowerman, we have four types of training. Tempo means 10 to 15km run, and then fartlek, interval and speed workout. I don't like to practise alone. When I'm at my parents' house, I would have my dad cycling with me every day. Normally, I lift weights two times a week." Additional Information

General
NEW CLUB
In October 2020 he began training with Bowerman Track Club in Portland, OR, United States of America. "Physically, I feel the training was more intense than in college, so it took some time to get the body used to that. I felt like every week I was working a little harder to stay healthy. Every coach I talk to seems to only say good things about [coach] Jerry Schumacher and the group. He seems to know exactly what we need at what time in terms of workouts. He knows when to hold me back and when to take me out of a workout. He's not too intense that he's screaming and yelling at you. The teammates here are so kind as well." (runblogrun, 03 Mar 2021)

DUAL CITIZENSHIP
Born in Washington, DC, United States of America, to a Thai father and US mother, he was raised in Thailand and went to school there between the ages of four and eight before moving back to the United States of America. He chose to represent Thailand in international competition due to his early memories in the country. "It's where I first went to school and made all of my friends. It was the first place I considered home. I want to see the sport expand in Thailand, and I want to be a part of it. Not just to represent the growing running scene, but also the competitive side of running."
