He took up artistic swimming in 2019. (insidesynchro, 15 Jan 2023)

He was influenced by his sister Jinnipha. "I am really thankful to her for getting me into this sport. But honestly after the first training, I was so tired, and my muscles hurt so much. Actually, I almost quit because I was thinking that this sport was just insane. Luckily, my coach Lukwa talked me out of it. She explained that this was my chance to do something great for myself and to become part of the national team one day. The training was so different from swimming, and it requires a lot of different skills. I love that it's challenging my training and myself." (insidesynchro, 15 Jan 2023)

To compete at the Olympic Games. (insidesynchro, 15 Jan 2023)

"I usually train after school, in the afternoon. On the weekends, we have multiple in-water sessions in the morning and afternoon, with gym and stretch sessions in between. Then during the year, we usually have a big camp to fully focus on our training. It's about 40 days in the middle of the season, and we only eat, sleep and do synchro." (insidesynchro, 15 Jan 2023)
:
"Don't be afraid of other people judging, be true to yourself and do what you like. Be proud of yourself, work hard, and keep pushing your limits. Dream big." (insidesynchro, 15 Jan 2023)

SWITCH TO ARTISTIC SWIMMING
He originally practised swimming before switching to artistic swimming in 2019. He says he was the only male artistic swimmer when he first joined the national team. "In the beginning, it was sometimes hard but only because I was the only male [in the national team]. Now [speaking in 2023], there are three of us and I don't miss not having other guys around anymore. I have a lot of fun with my team. The girls accept me without any problems, we train hard and we have a lot of fun together. I'm excited that men can perform more than before, and I hope it will make this sport even more attractive."
