Incheon, Korea: The 2014 Incheon Asian Games Organising Committee (IAGOC) held a meeting with a delegation from the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific (UNCITRAL RCAP) on March 19.

IAGOC gave a briefing on the current conditions and future plans of the 2013 Asian Indoor & Martial Art Games and 2014 Asian Games, and asked for support from UNCITRAL.?

IAGOC is planning to hold more meetings with other UN organisations to build up a system of cooperation.

The 4th Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games will be held from June 29 to July 6, 2013, and feature around 4,400 athletes, officials and media from the OCA’s 45 NOCs.

The 17th Asian Games will run from September 19 to October 4, 2014, and involve 20,000 athletes, officials and media from the 45 NOCs.
